Our most deluxe training board with an amazing variety of holds and ergonomic, variable-width pinches. The hold selection includes 11 pockets (2, 3, and 4 fingers – from tips to 2nd joint), 4 central edges, top mounted jugs, and both rounded and flat slopers. It is ergonomically curved to reduce joint stress and the possibility of injury. The Contact has a fine-grained texture that is skin friendly. Comes with a training guide, comprehensive instructions, and mounting hardware.
